Pilyong Binatilyo Meets Hagikhik Chick (Ryan Boyce ♥ Karen Reyes)

Relationship that stars with friendship is usually very complicated.  There’s lot to risk if things don’t work out the way you want it to be. You could lose a friend and a love at the same time.

Karen Mae Reyes and Ryan Gabriel Boyce started as friends inside Big Brother’s house.  Karen did have a special feeling for her ex Housemate Kit Thompson before but later on decided to move on with her life.

                       

On her downiest moments, Ryan had always been there for her, making her laugh and telling her to just take things lightly. As they continue to face every challenge inside the house, they seem to have seen each other in different light. Although Ryan later on admitted that he really likes Karen even before she was very close with Kit . He also hinted in one of their conversations that he had felt jealous of the two back then.

I don’t know exactly when that closeness did and extra sweetness started but while watching Live Stream, many viewers noticed that there’s something special going on between the two. And on May 26, 2012, all those hunches materialize as the two greeted each other Happy 10^th day.

Yes they have crossed the line between friendships and fortunately, they seem doing well.

So for those who would want to reminisce those cheesiest, heartbreaking and kilig, moments, here it is:

Partners in Task and Kulitan:

Remember one of the scenes where the two of them hosted the Talent Show where Karen dressed up like a boy and Ryan as girl? They were really a great partner.

Another great task that they were seen together is the Cosplay sponsored by Hero TV.

And their team won.

LABANDERA SI RYAN:  The Deal With Kuya

To confirm their status, Big Brother called the two at the confession room:

Big Brother: Si Karen na ba ang gusto mo?
Ryan: Mabait naman po sya.
Big Brother: So si Karen nga?
Ryan: OPO Kuya. :))
Big Brother: Kahit may Pigsa?
Ryan: Nawawala naman po yung Pigsa kuya. :D

Kuya: Mag ano ba kayo ni karen?
Ryan: Mag on po, 10 days na po.
Kuya: Alam ba ito ni Karen?
Ryan: Opo
Kuya: Gaano ka kasigurado?
 Ryan: Kahit buong buhay ko po.

So sweet of Ryan to bet his whole life but unfortunately, Karen is still confused as to their true status. Ryan lost the bet and was asked to wash all the clothes of the Housemates. The thing one could do for love.  Really.

Big Utol Days: Meet the Utols

After the mishievous Big Utol  run the house for a week, Karen got to meet  Ryan’s Kuya Francis “Bing” Boyce and Ryan also met  Karen’s sister Ate Charlene.

Ryan: Bing Girlfriend ko..

Bing: (Approaches them and shake Karen’s hand) My Dad is speaking English..

Ryan: Mag speak English ka daw oh..

Bing: Tanggap ka..

HMS: Ui tanggap ka dw..  

Ryan’s serious talk with Ate Charlene: 

Ate ni Karen: Baka pakakawalan mo sya.
Ryan: Hindi. Papatunayan ko sa'yo.

Charlene: nNnliligaw ka kay Karen? Baka paglabas wala na yan?
Ryan: Hindiii
Charlene: Baka puppy love lng yan?
Ryan: Hindi, papatunayan ko sa'yo (not the exact words)

Relationship Status Is:

Heeding the advice of Ate Charlene, the two came up with a decision:

 “Gusto ko sasagutin mo ko sa labas'' - Ryan to Karen

''Sasagutin ko na lang sya paglabas.'' -Karen

24 Hours

Due to Karen’s stomach upset, she was brought to the Hospital for proper treatment and was given a time frame of 24 hours to get back.  If ever she failed to do so, she will be forced evict from the house.

The Last Two hous left for Karen was seen at the monitor in the living room. Ryan was very restless then, awaiting Karen’s return. When the two hours ended, he just went in the resort and talked to the Housemates about Karen’ condition. The Housemates were all worried as well.

                      

Unknown to them, Karen was already in the confession room.  She then went to the Housemates who all welcomed her back happily.  Ryan was very glad and emotional at the same time. He hugged her tight saying:

“ Akala ko di ka na babalik”  to which Karen replied  “Kahit naman di ako bumalik, sa iyo naman puso ko.”

Among Other Things:   

Tawagan nila is “BIE”.

Before they both decided to have a formal relationship outside, they have a monthsary:  May 16, 2012:

Fans called their Love Team  KaRye, Ryren, Karyan and Yaren.

Karen had already meet Karen’s brother Bing who entered Big Brother's house twice as well as Ryan’s father during the Patibahayan Task.

Ryan on the other hand had already seen Karen’s Sister Charlene and Mommy Claire.

Karen has more or less 5 dresses owned by Ryan while Ryan loves to wear Karen’s pink headband.

Tanong Ng Bayan kay Karen:  Sinong HM ang gusto mong pasalamatan? Ang mami-miss mo? Bakit?

 

 Si RYAN po. Kasi siya yung ngturo sa akin kung paano mgchill-chill lang. 

Kwento ni John Prats when he and Robi entered PBB House:

Nag-uusap kami ni Karen, hiningi nya ung towel ko. Nakita kami ni Ryan, lumapit samin sabay akbay kay Karen at tanong sa akin ng "Kuya John Bagay ba kami?"

Those Super Kulit and Kilig Moments

Ryan : Ang cute mo naman.
Karen : (laughs) You're my honeybunch

Karen : Pwede magtanong? Bakit ang hilig mong mag paselos ?
Ryan : What a question ?.

Ryan: May sasabihin ako sayo.
Karen: Ano?
Ryan: Seryoso ito. Nagdadalawang isip ako eh. Ang gwapo ko.
Karen: Ha?
Ryan: Ma-iinlove kana sa akin.

KAREN: RY,paglabas kaya natin sana ganito pa din TAYO.
RYAN: TAYO or TAYU?!

Ryan: Bhie punta ka sa amin minsan ipakikilala kita sa mama ko.

Ryan: Kapag nakikita ko kayong magkasama (Kit at Karen) lumalabas na lang ako.
Karen: Nasasaktan ka na nun?
Ryan: Secret ! 

Karen : Pag namatay ako. wag kang pupunta sa burol ko
Ryan : Bakit?
Karen : Baka kasi pag nakita kita, tumibok ulit ang puso ko para sayo!
Ryan : Apoy ka ba?
Karen : Bakit?
Ryan : kasi ALAB you!
Karen : (smile) kiilig :))

Ryan: I love you.
Karen: I love you most.
Ryan: I love you more.

Karen: Ang dami mo namang trophies.
Ryan: Pero IKAW ang pinakamagandang trophy ko!

"Ang hirap talaga manligaw. Dapat talaga yung relasyon yung pinapatagal eh... Hindi yung panliligaw." –Ryan

Karen and Ryan’s love story is still in the making.  They are both very young and will still meet many hardships along the way in and especially out of PBB house. Though they both promise for a labeled relationship outside PBB, we can only hope and pray that they’d be strong enough to fight for each other.  And that their young love could stand the test of time.
