10 THINGS I HATE ABOUT YOU

Can't think of anything good to write so I just watched again one of my favorite movie:
10 THINGS I HATE ABOUT YOU. I want to share with you an excerpt of that beautiful and touching poem Kat recited at the end part of the movie.

I hate the way you talk to me
And the way you cut your hair.
I hate the way you drive my car.
I hate it when you stare.
I hate your big dumb combat boots
And the way you read my mind.
I hate you so much it makes me sick.
It even makes me rhyme.

I hate it...
I hate the way you're always right.
I hate it when you lie.
I hate it when you make me laugh;
Even worse when you make me cry.

I hate it when you're not around
And the fact that you didn't call,
But mostly I hate the way I don't hate you;
Not even close;
Not even a little bit;
Not even at all.

Tula Para Kay Karen

Sa umaga o gabi man, may ayos o wala.

Determinasyon at dedikasyon, laging makikita
Sa anumang pagsubok na ibinibigay sa kanya.

Isang mabuting kaibigan sa bawat sandali,
Sasamahan ka sa iyong pagluha’t pagngiti.
Kaya naman, huwag ka nang mamangha.
Sa iyong makakaaway kapag siya ay binangga.

Karen, isa kang huwarang kabataan,
Lakas at tapang mo, dapat pamarisan
Ang iyong masayahing katangian,
Sana’y laging makita ng sambayanan.

In Search

Searing pain, trembling soul

Misty eyes, broken goals

Speechless tongue, bruised confidence

Crying spirit, life with no sense.

A Mother's Love

 A poem I made for my mother. I love her so much. She is in heaven now:)
 Here it goes:

You always wanted to give the best for us
Wished only for happiness that will last
You supported our every foolish dream
And always listen to our caprices and whims.

You guided us in every step we take
And encouraged us to take a risk
You gently reprimanded us if we commit a mistake
And help us learn from everything we undertake.

Your love, so sweet, so pure
Your patience, longer than a human could measure
Your teachings, better than my professors
Your inspiring words make me want to soar.

No one can compare to you mother dearest,
We can succeed because you are there to help us be the best,
We will not be afraid, whatever may come along our way
Because you are always there to save our day.
